STEP 1ļ¼DRAPE THE FURNITURE
Drape your sofa furniture with the cover.Ā Wrinkles can be removed with a steamer or by placing in the dryer at low temperature with a damp cloth.
STEP 2ļ¼LOCATE SEAMS & INSERT ELASTIC STRAPS
Locate the 3 seams (2 short seams go between the arms and seats, the long seam should be placed between the seat cushions and back).Ā Insert excess fabric between cushions and furniture frame until fit is smooth and tuck in the elastic straps to prevent the cover from slipping.
STEP 3ļ¼SECURE
Secure the furniture cover by attaching the elastic strap to the back of the sofa. This will help secure the back of the protector to the furniture and avoid the cover from flipping over when in use.

The recliner cover worked fine! Some say it slips some and of course it would since the padding in the recliner moves no problem for me. I also sprayed Ulta Guard on my new recliner for even more protection.

These are much sturdier than ones weāve had in the past. The color is vibrant and holds up even after washing. We have a console couch so we cut the one side just short enough to tuck. They are a much needed barrier especially with a 3 yr old!
I use this to cover my egg chair. I love this one because it wide enough for my chair. I know that the elastic straps going to be to long but I just going tie it up because this was made for sofa cover not what I was using it for. Stain protection without using a bed sheet to cover their recliner! Love the look and feel. Very easy to put on. It does come undone when the chair reclines and then is put back into a seated position but easy to fix. Still way better than using a bed sheet.

I gave it a try with my Ikea chair and it fits just fine. My cat peed in the old upholstery and despite the fact that I cleaned it really well, he kept on peeing there. So here is the solution. This is totally waterproof. So far, he hasn't soiled it, but I already poured a bit of water and the water is not absorbed by the material. It stays intact on top. The material does not smell like chemicals, and the sand goes great with my sofa.
I was going to get the brown color, but I rethought and stuck with the original color closest to our leather. A great choice. I'm anxious to see how well it wears. Obviously, my dog couldn't wait to jump up and relax on it!
