We are on day 20, and my adult sons have been helping me put this together, and it is a great set. We haven't gotten to the lights yet, so that is unknown, but we have been so delighted with how cute it is turning out! Update, tree is finished and the lights look great, except it has a USB plug, and my village does not, so keep that in mind. But over all, I would totally recommend this set for any builder, it's a great bonding experience from 8 to 80!

Sent this to my son in college as a count down to come home for winter break and he loved it. He’s a huge Lego builder and it got his approval. It does light up, although in my pic it is not lit. Great product.

Bought this for my husband to do in the evenings after work to unwind and he really enjoyed it. He made it all the way to day 21 before he got too excited and went ahead and finished it. It looks great completed! It is really awesome and bigger than I thought it would be. (I included a cell phone for scale in one of my pics. There were no missing pieces in his set although some days there were extra pieces left over at the end. Instruction booklet was easy to follow. The only thing he mentioned was that some days were a bit tedious...having large hands and assembling small pieces he sometimes knocked pieces off and he thought that could potentially be frustrating for some. But overall he loved completing the tree and enjoyed all the detailed ornaments and decorations in this set. We bought a glass lantern display so he can keep it in his office during the holidays. I'll buy him a different set next year since he enjoyed this one so much.

Really nicely packaged with individual boxes for each day. Not actual legos, but this blows the Lego Advent calendar out of the water. My 12 year old son loves it. We can't wait to see it finished!
