The ring is ok ,my only complaint is that for the heart rate, mesure (the only function that is somewhat accurate) can not be changed the frequency of mesure , it is fixed to one hour , in the app there is a setting for the hr check to 15min but that is only to check if the ring is on the finger. I dont need 10 day battery life ,even 3 day battery would be ok, but hr auto mesure to be 15 minutes. i hope someday they will change the firmware to let users choose the frequency of hr mesure.

Its a beautiful ring and it looks well constructed. It's interesting to see the details of the sensors. I've been using it for 2-3 days now. The heartbeat and saturation sensors are activated every 30 minutes. The data seems to be accurate. This is a great way to monitor sleep. It's light, but thick, and if you put it on your middle finger, you'll realise it's always there.
Works well, delivered quickly. A pity that the Pedometer only works if you have your Telephone but otherwise nice gadget for the price.
