WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED!
They use vibrations to send sound directly through your bones to your inner ear, bypassing the eardrum. You’ll still hear your music clearly, but your ears stay open to ambient sounds around you.
Sound leakage is minimal, but at higher volumes, people close by may hear a bit of your audio. For best privacy, keep the volume at a moderate level.
Yes! They’re lightweight and ergonomically designed to rest gently on your head without putting pressure on your ears, making them great for all-day wear.
While they’re waterproof, these headphones use Bluetooth, which doesn’t transmit well underwater. We recommend you to use MP3 mode while swimming.
Absolutely! These headphones are designed for situational awareness. Whether you’re running, hiking, or cycling, you can listen to music or take calls while staying alert to traffic and people around you.
The AeroBone™ Pro features adjustable speaker arms so you can fine-tune the fit to your head shape. This ensures the speakers sit in the ideal position on your cheekbones for clearer sound, louder volume, and maximum comfort—no slipping, no pressure, just the perfect fit every time.
I bought these to replace another pair of pair conduction headphones that I bought last year. I use these primarily for swimming, but also for walking around the neighborhood and working in the yard. While I was initially very happy with the other brand, the battery life degraded over the year from 2 hours down to 1 hour, which means they were not lasting for any of my workouts. The battery life of AeroBone has been outstanding, lasting 10+ hours after initial charge and still performing well. A few comments in reponse to other commenters. If you want to use any headeset for swimming while using bluetooth, you are barking up the wrong tree. Bluetooth can not penetrate water, so the only time it will work is if you keep your head above water and stay in range with your phone. That said, loading music on these head phones is simple--just plug the headphones into the USB slot on your computer and drag and drop the files. Be aware: you can only play MP3 files, so you have to convert your favorite tunes tat are in another format into MP3s before you can hear them. Or, just rip your favorite CDs into MP3 right off the bat. Itunes can convert them easily, and Windows media will rip CDs straight into MP3s if you like. I currently have over 600 songs on the headset and haven't come close to filling the memory. Now, understand that the player will just play songs sequentially as loaded on the device. I am still trying to figure out how to rename the songs so that they are organized the headphone in a way I like. But that's not a problem. The skip forward/skip back function works fine. Quick pushed on the volume control changes volume, and longer presses activates the skip function. The control buttons do take a little practice to get familiar, but they are easy to find and operate even while swimming. I cannot comment on using the headset for bluetooth calls--I haven't tried that since that is not why I bought these headphones. You will need to check on other comments for ratings of that function.
So far, I really love this headphones. I have been using the headphones for more than a month now, time will tell how long will it last. The headphone has good sound quality for its price range. It is comfortable to put on for a long period of time. Battery life is decent. I normally use it for a few hours and it has never run out of battery. It is really waterproof, I have been using it whenever I am in my pool. The sound is very good including when I am under water. Even though, the bluetooth disconnected when I am fully under water but the MP3 mode works every well all the time. (I guess this is normal as bluetooth signal should not be able to travel through the water) To have bluetooth works in the pool, the headphones need to have about one-third of it over the water. Coping the mp3 files to the headphones is easy. The headphones appears on the PC similar to USB flash drive. The transfer rate may be on the slow side but reasonable. There are 3 buttons which I can use to turn the headphones ON/OFF, change volume, pause, select next/previous music files. It does not have fast forward and backward though. This will be a nice feature for listening to audiobook while swimming. But I guess it is not that important.
These headphones are great. You can use them while watching the kids and keeping aware of your surroundings, and you won't miss anything. Finally able to listen to music in the pool, which makes swimming laps less boring. It's actually amazing underwater -- the music fills your skull when you're submerged. Note that you'll need to load music onto the headphones (from a PC) for using them while swimming-- Bluetooth can't transmit through water. Not sure how much music it'll hold, but it plays FLAC (!) files, which is a big bonus (if you're a lossless music collector - no conversion hassle) One of the buttons is a bit finicky and hard to press, but it eventually works (so far). Instructions are a bit unclear, but I figured it out.
Alright, so I’ve been testing these AeroBone conduction headphones for a few days, and I’ve got to say, I’m seriously impressed. If you’re like me and love listening to tunes or podcasts while working out, but also want to stay aware of your surroundings, these are a total game-changer. The biggest win for me is that they are legit swimming headphones. I’ve taken them in the pool countless times. You just load up the massive built-in storage with your playlists, double-click the button to switch to MP3 mode, and you're good to go. They don’t slip, even when pushing off the wall, and the sound comes through perfectly clear underwater. It completely changes how boring laps feel. Out of the water, they’re just as good for running and cycling. The Bluetooth connection is rock solid—no annoying dropouts. Since they don’t go in your ears, you can still hear traffic and people around you, which is so important for safety. They’re crazy lightweight and comfortable; I often forget I’m even wearing them. Battery life is awesome, easily getting me through a full day and then some. Honestly, if you’re looking for one pair of headphones that can truly do it all—from the pool to the pavement—you absolutely need to check these out. They’ve become my new go-to for every activity.
These bone conduction headphones are perfect for anyone who swims or works out in or around water. The IP68 waterproof rating really holds up—I’ve used them during long swim sessions and they never missed a beat. The sound quality is surprisingly rich for bone conduction technology. Music and podcasts come through clearly even underwater, and I can still hear my surroundings, which makes them much safer than traditional earbuds. The built-in MP3 player is a huge plus. I can load up my playlists without needing to bring my phone to the pool. The controls are intuitive, the battery life easily lasts through multiple workouts, and the overall build feels durable and high quality. If you’re looking for truly waterproof, great-sounding headphones for swimming, running, or any outdoor sport, the AeroBone Pro Bone Conduction Headphones are a fantastic choice. They’ve completely changed the way I enjoy my swim workouts. highly recommended!
This is the first set of bone conduction headphones for me, and I am very impressed with the quality of these. I paired them with my TV and listened to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Award presentation. It was nice not needing to blast my TV speakers to have good sound. The kit came with earplugs, which I later tried and found that they help enhance the experience. The nice part was that I could still talk with others in the same room while enjoying the music at a comfortable level. I used the volume up and down buttons a few times, which worked well and were very responsive. I have only charged the headset once, and it has worked many times. While the charger is magnetically attached to keep the unit sealed, it is exactly like the one for my fitness tracker. I am looking forward to using this for my outdoor walks so I can hear traffic while also listening to tunes or podcasts. So far, this product checks all the boxes for my needs.
Unlike other open ear type designs, this is an actual bone conduction headset. It almost tickles when I turn it up. The sound is unbelievable and barely perceptible from other people that are standing around me. Works great on my bicycle. Pairing was very easy
Enables me to play loud music outdoors unimpeded, without resorting to bothering my neighbors. Great for hot climates, humidity and/or perspiration, as these are somewhat bulletproof.
Wow, what an awesome headphones. The sound quality is great and it's discrete (my hair covers it) & super lightweight. When I'm not using it, I wear it around my neck and sometimes forget that it's there. Compare to other expensive headphones I used, this is by far the best in terms of the quality for the money. When I'm using it during the walks or riding bikes, it's comfortable and the buttons are easy to control. Highly recommend it.
I received my AeroBone headphone and as always it was the best. I havw purchased a couple of headsets from this store, all beyond my expectations. I purchase this one for my Son and he was blown away by the production quality and what even excites him the most was the fact that he can swim under the water with it. He tried it and it still works perfectly. He listened to his music while he was swimming. So it’s accurate for waterproof, and production quality is really great. Fitting is also accurate, no need to plug into the ear which can be really uncomfortable too. We just love with. 10/10 absolutely! 💯 👌
Good price for this nifty little Bluetooth headset. I got it specifically for listening to music while I work out in the pool, and it’s truly waterproof. I have lost and otherwise ruined at least 6 other Bluetooth sets, so I really appreciate the over-the-ear design, which keeps the headset secure. I’m sold on the bone conduction sound, which has to be better for your hearing than earbuds. Recommended this to my friend, and she got a pair too.
Got these to use while running on the road. Had seen some people use them so they can still hear traffic coming from behind them. Put them on and they paired to my phone very quick and easy. Then the sound quality was great. Had me really surprised. Prefer it more then my in ear head phones. Cannot wait to test them out swimming as well. Great all around workout headphones.
I bought these for my boyfriend, who is a triathlete, and he really likes them. They’re comfortable, stay in place during workouts, and the sound quality is great for training. Perfect for swimming and open-ear sports use.
I'm a daily swimmer and have probably used every swimming MP3 gadget ever made. The past 4 years I have been using Shokz Open swim headphones which are very similar. However, the silicone eventually wears put on those and after my second one failed I decided to try a cheaper alternative. I can say that, so far, these work just as well. Good volume and clarity. Great battery life. Also enjoy using with Bluetooth. Some of the button presses are different and it is missing the swimming/general mode tone adjustment, but so far I am really pleased and the headset holds up really well. A great product at a fraction of the cost I used to pay.
Took me some time to figure out, but I was able to get everything working. I use this headset for swimming. I love that it has built-in room for me to put my playlist as well as connect to my phone for music and phone calls. I spent two hours the other day talking on the phone while swimming. Great buy! I also like that its not in my ear so I can hear things around me but loud enough I can listen to my music without anyone else being able to hear my music.
